How long will it take to receive my order?

In most cases, orders placed by 2pm EST are processed and shipped the same business day.  Orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Due to COVID-19, any shipping delays will be posted and emailed to customers. 

Actual shipping time is 2-3 days and varies based on your location.  We ship from Maryland.  Local DC/MD/VA orders are welcomed and often received within one (1) business day of placement.  We offer special local delivery options for same-day orders needed at a rush premium.  Rush premium orders start at $175. What is the store return and exchange policy?

We are pleased to exchange or your item in its original packaging and condition within 30 days of the original delivery date.  All sales are final.  Exchanged items will be shipped to customers at no cost for the (initial) fulfillment.  All other shipping costs are customer responsibility.  We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item appears damaged, worn, or returned after 30th day.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
